Here at DWAZ, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. Since our founding in 2017, we have been determined to make an impact. The core of our efforts is to bring together Zimbabwean domestic workers in and out of Zimbabwe. Currently, we have members in Zimbabwe, Botswana and South Africa all Zimbabwean domestic workers. Our team’s fresh ideas and passion to the range of activities we’re involved in. Through all of our endeavors we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs.

Tackling the Issue
We see every challenge as an opportunity, and this initiative helps us ensure that our partners are better prepared to manage the unique situations they find themselves in. A majority of Zimbabwean domestic workers move from their original homes or countries to new areas in search of employment. As DWAZ, we are invested in an innovative approach that empowers our members and delivers the support they need, when they need it. We are concerned about safe migration and human trafficking with the emphasis of the protection of migrating domestic workers.

Through our trainings, we have the potential to make a real and positive change in the life of domestic workers.
